Never Forget The Ones Who Love You Back.

Epic love. The type of love that's shared between two people, that is unbelievably honest, adventurous, and fierce. A type of love that creates a bond that lasts for a life time. But even the most epic loves, can lose touch. Sometimes our lives become one big fast paced jog, that many things are left behind, or just simply don't end up catching up. Whether it be through intention, oversight, or accident. Sometimes the people we love in one way, love us, in another. No one told me when I was growing up, that there would be such difference between the types of love I would one day feel. And the absolute guilt I felt, anytime I'd have to explain what was true in my heart, knowing it wasn't matching with someone else's truth. I also had to learn that going through a friendship break up, is a thousand times more dreadful than a romantic break up. The type of sting that pierces through your heart, is different in entirety. Aswell as your first love, and how captivating but isolated it can be. Wanting to fight off the world together, running away, creating some secret plan just for the two of you, being in a fantasy world. No one told me, or maybe I didn't listen for long enough to hear, that the reality of life just is messy, and undetermined.

We never know the lessons and memories that we're going to recieve one day, from the brand new faces that we let join our lives. We don't know how the story with them will pan out. If it'll be a Disney movie, or a Nicholas Sparks. Through fallouts of any kind of relationship, there are reminders of those people everywhere you go in life. Because you know exactly how that specific person made you feel. And sometimes theres bits and pieces of that person, in someone else that you meet. An epic love of any sort, is an unforgettable one. And even if there are those who don't deserve to be in your life anymore, you can't deny the love you once felt when they were around. In all my honesty to yours, I want you to know that if they loved you once, they will always love you again. So tonight I end off on this note, if they mattered enough to move something in you once upon a time, they still matter enough to be remembered, whether it be in a silence or in a spoken warmth.
